I embrace AI tools like ChatGPT to support the creative process, speed up research, spark ideas and in some cases, help with early drafts or phrases and messaging.

 

But the best copy still needs a human brain and an expert in the driver’s seat.

 

AI tools are only as good as the prompts, and the output is only as strong as the brief + strategy. And even then, the copy generally needs a fair bit of work to lift it to gold-standard quality, especially when it comes to creativity. I know how to assess, curate, refine and shape the output so it actually does what you need it to.
